New Hasselblad camera… but still as expensive

When this mysterious countdown timer was put up on their website, i knew Hasselblad had a new camera up their sleeves.

And yes i was right.

Then again, photo-enthusiasts will be disappointed with its price (eur 11 995) even though it is cheaper than the H4D-60 by about eur 10-15k.

As a former user of the H3D system for commercial work, i believe that the medium format + digital back image quality justifies the hefty price tag.

Maybe one day, i will find the right time to write about medium format cameras and their affordability. The right time to do so is probably when i get to test out the H4D-40 later this month.
